04/21/2014: Email that will not be able to sample following positive since well is OOS. Didn't indicate if out for May or what. JL
09/17/2013: He noted in the evaluation that issues with bacti¿s existed. I will have him notify the system to not use the well until they get the operating permit for the well (Chris please note and contact Frank). This will require them to make sure the well is at least bacti free and they can start the clock on the monitoring and ¿unsafe source¿ scenario. My guess is if the ¿Active¿ label exists then they will take it out of service so monitoring won¿t be done/required until they get their paper work done. JLam
